VIP English is a service carried out exclusively by our Education Director, and founding partner, Trevor Syrad. Trevor Syrad is an HR and Management Consultant by profession with extensive experience consulting and training at executive level. He has gained important insights into international business having worked in the USA, the UK, Germany, Finland, Mongolia and Vietnam over the last 25 years.

![]() | Trevor Syrad (BA Hons) Trevor is from London, UK, and is a Social Science graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury (BA Honours). He is an HR and Management Consultant by profession and has over 25 years of teaching experience. Trevor is one of the founders of the school and now serves as the school's Director. He has lived in Mongolia for three years. |
![]() | Patrick Kennedy (BA Hons) Patrick is the co-author of the Talk Talk English course books. He graduated from the University of Sussex (UK) with a degree in Social Anthropology with French. He then went to Prague to gain his TEFL teaching certificate from Oxford TEFL, Prague. After teaching General and Business English for a year, Patrick moved to Mongolia where he became Head of English at the Hartford Institute for the following three years. In 2008, Patrick joined the Talk Talk team as Head of the Academic Development Team. And now servers as the Education Director. Patrick helped to establish our school in Hanoi, Vietnam. Patrick speaks English and French. |
![]() | Will McManus (BA) Will graduated from the University of Oklahoma (USA) with a Bachelors degree in History with minors in Arabic Language and English lLterature. After university, Will worked as a PR and Marketing Manager for several international companies. He has worked for Talk Talk English since February 2008 and now serves as the Sales Director. Will speaks English and Spanish. |
![]() | Matthew Raiche (BA) Matthew is from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a major in Journalism and a minor in International Relations. He has been living in Mongolia since July 2007 and has been teaching at Talk Talk since October 2007. He was formerly an English teacher at the National University of Mongolia and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Matthew speaks English and Russian. |

After university, she worked in Administration and Business Management for eight years. She has lived in Mongolia for five years where she has worked as a teacher and private tutor. Jennie speaks English and Mongolian. |

Dean Earle (BA) Dean graduated from Massey University, New Zealand with a BA in History and a degree in Teaching. He was a teacher in New Zealand schools for many years, and was princpal of three schools. Having decided to pursue a desire to travel, he has taught English in Taiwan, the Cook Islands, Singapore and now Mongolia. He was formerly an English teacher at the University of the Humanities. Dean has been in Mongolia since 2007.

Jeremy is from Silver Spring, Maryland. He has degrees in economics, political science and public policy from St. Mary’s College. He was a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Arkhangia Aimag from 2005-2007. In 2008 he helped establish a Talk Talk English center in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he worked as Education Director and co-author of the Talk Talk English course books. He returned to Mongolia in October 2009. |

He was a teacher of Tourism and English at the National University of Mongolia, The Art and Cultural University of Mongolian, and Hartford Institute. Amarsanaa speaks Mongolian, English, and Russian. |

Regular courses comprise 12 stages taught over a total of 240 lessons. Regular courses are taught one or two lessons per day, Monday to Friday.
